Meet the Key Staff of rfc
Hoke and Margaret Wilder, the principals in rfc, have extensive management, accounting and compliance backgrounds. Both hold undergraduate and advanced degrees and have years of experience working with people and their needs. Both have dealt extensively with state and federal agencies.
Hoke serves as Manager of rfc and directs the activities of the firm. Hoke is a retired Air Force Colonel and former NCAA Compliance Administrator. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Relations and a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the University of Georgia.
Margaret serves as rfc's Financial Officer. Margaret is a certified Public Accountant (CPA) with more than 20 years of both public and private experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Masters Degree in Accounting from the University of Georgia. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) as well as a member of the Georgia Society of CPA's (GSCPA).
Sandra Nemetz, RN, BSN, is a health care professional with extensive background in medical care including case management as well as Medicare review & compliance. She serves as rfc's coordinator for Medicare issues including Medical bill review and physician/client interface.
- Lisa Schrage, serves as legal counsel to rfc and is responsible for legal matters including the initiation of all custodial agreements. Ms. Schrage has experience in preparing MSA allocations and submitting proposals to the Centers of Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). She obtained her Juris doctor from the John Marshall Law school in Chicago and her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from University of Nebraska.
