Strategic Alliance addressing the needs
of Workers’ Compensation
Rfc has entered into a Strategic Alliance with a Pharmacy Benefits Management Company to address the rising costs of the prescription drug component of Medicare Set-Asides. The Alliance permits rfc to offer access to drug cost savings of 20 to 30% or more for our clients who use rfc for professional or self-administration. The alliance permits pre and post settlement savings, assisting all of the settling parties. These savings can significantly reduce the cost of the MSA and can offset some or all costs of administration!!
For more information about rfc’s new alliance and continued post settlement savings, contact us at 1-800-546-0051 or by email, resfincom@bellsouth.netImportant Announcements

Rfc announces a new assistance program for current clients. Rfc has always maintained most beneficiaries of Medicare Set-Aside Funds should receive some period of professional custodial assistance before undertaking the task of self administration, thus the Professional/Self Administration option was developed.
Now, as a result of a number of requests, rfc is offering continued assistance after clients complete either the 3 or 5 year administration option through our PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING ... rfc professionals provide information and assistance as our clients undertake the tasks of self administration, bill review and reporting to Medicare. Costs are less but our clients continue to have the confidence they can contact rfc for helpful information.
As an additional reminder, if the beneficiary of a MSA is a representative payee for SSDI benefits, the MSA must have a custodial administrator.
